I will work out a bespoke roadmap that will cover the mental, emotional, and practical elements you need in order to step fully into your leadership power.

Hi I'm Angelika!

And I want to see you in your power!

I teach managers, project leaders, consultants and business owners to connect to their inner power and lead from that place, so that they have a bigger impact in their teams, projects and organizations / business.

I’ve spent 15+ years leading projects and change in a male-dominated environment (IT and digitalization), often as the only woman in the room. So, I know what it feels like to be the odd one out; to constantly be looking to others to work out what the rules are; to feel like I need to hide who I really am in order to fit in.

It was only when I incorporated my know-how as a Social psychologist (in other words, how people behave when other people are around), as well as my training as a holistic healer (energy work, a lot of trauma healing techniques, systemic coaching and a bit of magic), I was finally able to be myself and create the impact and change I wanted to see.

Questions!

Do I need to be a Manager to sign up?

No. You should have some experience in managing a group of people in workshops, meetings, or in a project situation, but you don’t need to have a manager’s title or work in a large organization.

Will I have to dig deep into childhood wounds?

No. The reason I mention this so openly is that many of our inner hesitations stem from moments in our life when we were very open or vulnerable to listen to harsh criticism or statements about “how we are”. During the program, we may encounter some of your old messages, and we will deal with them in the context of your leadership behaviour. You decide how deep you go, and we will decide together how we deal with blocks that seem to require more digging. Most of the time, we can take note and work around them.

How practical is the program?

In Stage 2 and 3, everything revolves around the practical application in your specific situation. You’re getting six weeks of practical leadership training combined with coaching to match your personality and individual work environment.

There seems to be a lot of deep dives, what if I don't want that?

You decide how deep you want to dive. This program is designed to get you in touch with your inner power and provide you the tools to handle it well in a leadership situation. The digging helps us to personalize the leadership tools and methods to your core energy, and ensures that it’s not just a bunch of new information for your mind, but something that you integrate in your behaviour around team members and other stakeholders. If you are more interested in the practical leadership tools and methods alone, this may not be the right program for you.

Are there any specific leadership methods or models you work with?

I work with the Situational Leadership model, and with the 5 functions of leadership that I developed. During the program, I will introduce you to both, so that we can find out your personal preferences, and ensure that you are equipped to deal with situations that require additional strategies. You will also find that the program resonates with the works of Ed Schein, Brené Brown, and Simon Sinek.

You mention energy work - how woo does it get?

Great question! When I talk energies, we can be as light as talking about your vibes, e.g. whether you are more relaxed and easy-going, or fierce and of a fighter mentality. If you’re up for it, I’m happy to discuss in astrological, numerological, tarot, chakra and sephira terms as well. But there’s no need for that. I’m happy to work with worldly archetypes or literary heroes and heroines as well as divine figures and spirit animals.

I work best with people who are open to discuss spiritual and energetic topics because it makes my world a bit more magical and fun - but I will always respect your style and preference, and as part of our work on leadership, will provide both my energetic perception and analytical assessment in professional business lingo.

This program is designed to help you come to terms with yourself as a leader. Even if you are not in a management situation now, or have no experience from a large organization, you have been to school, played in teams, studied at university, or had some volunteer jobs before. In other words, you have observed and experienced other leaders. If you are not sure if your management experience with your clients, workshop participants or coachees are sufficient, hop on a clarity call and let’s find out.
